  • Support multiple sections in the business with all type of admin jobs such as tracking failure reports, carrying out kit inspections and sending all kit that requires repair to an external repair specialist.

  • My IT skills have improved slightly, my confidence talking to people has improved and my overall knowledge of the Aviation industry has improved drastically.

  • I really enjoy going to work at GE, my team are very inclusive and helpful and I have plenty of work to do

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The business apprentices seem to get a lot less support compared to the engineers when it comes to the training department, but other sections in the company provide some great support

  • My mentor and team that I work under are amazing with supporting me, but the training department who aren't the best at times

  • The college reps were always amazing when supporting my NVQ

  • There was only a few areas of my qualification that actually helped me to perform better in my role

  • I believe there normally is but with COVID, this has been limited for the last year

  • Do your research, when it comes to having an interview, they look for those who have made an effort.
