I would generally serve customers at a table or bar, clear tables and resetting for the next guest. I would also help prepare drinks for our customers and. Take them over.
I have grew on my confidence, learned how to approach a customer correctly and improved on my punctual skills.
I enjoyed my program a lot as it taught me things behind the scenes, if you will, in the hospitality sector and helped improve my knowledge.
It was very orgonised expecially considering the pandemic we are currently in
I receive optimal support all managers are there when needed for me.
I had support in various ways, as during the program I also had to stop to go on to paternity leave.
I believe it has helped massively as it taught me a lot of things I never know.
We have a quiz night weekly during times when we are in lock down.

There is no faults, brilliant teams. Managers are great and I believe I am looking to a great future with green king
