General Admin: emails, booking meetings, updating different systems. Project work within my team. Training providers work.
I have had the opportunity to develop my own skills like communication, organisation and general day to day maintaining my work and presentation.
I really enjoy my programme. I work with great people, and i learn new things daily.
Very well organised - people are constantly checking on my progress and if i need any assistance with anything.
Lots, I have a great relationship with all the managers in my team and my mentors.
Some, the training provider isn't as involved.
I feel my role helps me perform better when completing my training providers work.
Yes, lots. usually on a monthly or a 6 weekly basis. But we are constantly reminded about the upcoming events.
