  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I am responsible for the tea tasting (making sure that the teas are the best brew) and hosting/creating the tea event that the company host once a month. I support the supervisor and the manager with the team (training, tastin, ESP). I also work with the hospitality manager when any event related to tea will be host or if the company has a partnership with an other and is invited to expose their products.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The program is very well organised and structured. But for someone who has already a university background it could seem a bitte too easy and make me fell sometimes boring because of the speed of the meeting/work to complete. But for someone without any background it is an very good change to add it.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I feel sometimes that they just give us the minimum that they have to provide. It is very difficult to have access to anything else than 2h of self studies a week. Having access to training or so is very complicated if your are not part of the manager teams.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My training provider is amazing as well as my trainer. They help me anytime and for anything I could require. I feel supported. My trainer even adapted the way we were having our meeting and the work to complete because they realised than the speed was to slow for me and that a b more of work will Not overwhelms me.
