  • I love the scheme it has enabled me to bipass the cost of Uni without hindering my career prospects. • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • Our training providers are great, BPP give us a bundle off materials at the begining of every course which means what every type of learner you are (Visual, Audible or Kinaesthetic) the materials are just right for you. similarly if we have any problems we can either discuss them during our friday lectures or email our tutors during the week.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • Our salarys are higher than an average apprentice and much higher than the apprentice minimum wage, if I lived at home the salary would be great. However if you've moved down to the area and are paying housing costs and bills then it doesn't leave you with much disposable income. however if you're sensible it can easily cover the essentials.

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • There are multiple event which we can participate in each year. The hard part is choosing which ones, personally I have attended our Winter ball held up in London, Round the Island Race (Isle of Wight) and many volunteer days helping the local community.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to J.P. Morgan?
  • - Be yourself, research the company and that goes for any job interview. - Be a 'team player' e.g. take the lead but also know when to let other people put their ideas across. - Extra curriculum activities such as D of E and Work experience put you in better stead than education alone.
