I enjoy it as I am always learning new skills and strengthening my existing ones.

Well organised. I know I’m advance what work needs to be done and for when and I can access fuse if needing any extra help.

He gives me the resources and time I need to do my training and learning.

She is always available and she goes through everything with me, she’s also very influential and supportive.
