manager open which includes checking the safe doing machine refills line checks entering data on to the computer setting the bar or kitchen up ready for service food and consumables orders take in deliveries, cashing up tills and banking, stock takes. general running of the pub on my gms day off
i havent learnt new skills but i have developed ones i already had such as how to manage other people and situations what is good for the business and how to manage rotas and stock and how to over come and stop potential issues i also discovered skills i was unaware i had
i did not really enjoy it as i found it extreamlly differcult
i diddnt this my programme was very organised as i had to atend the office 3 times just to do one test
i received all the support and encrougement i needed
at the start i did not receive the support that i need from my trainer and being dyslexic i struggled alot and when i asked for help i did not get it but when my trainer was changed near the end i had all the help i needed

for what greene king have done for there employees over the last 18 months with the pandemic i am extreamlly proud to work for them and would reconmend them
if you need help or surpport for anything just ask there is alway someone within the company who can help
