  • As a credit controller, my responsability is to analyse accounts with debt and find the triggers and discuss with customers in order to find the best solution for their account.

  • I've developed both my soft and techinal skills. It was an amazing opportunity for my professional development.

  • I highly recommend to follow an apprenticeship as it allows you to work and learn in the same time.

  • The program was well structured. We've had online classes with a tutor and also a platform courses to complete.

  • I was encouraged all the time by my employer and was always willing to help.

  • My training provided always answer on the spot to all my queries, is flexible and supportive.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • This qualification allowed me to gain more skills and to put these in practise on a daily basis. As an example, the communication and negotiation skills help me while I have a tough conversation with customers. In this way, I remain calm and provide all the necessary information, but in the same time I manage to resolve the debt.

  • It is a good place to work. It is diverse and inclusive. It is a modern environment and you receive the support needed for your professional development. Also, you make a lot of friends. Which leads to a good workplace. Highly recommend.
