  • Programme overall has been a good experience, some issues with tutors on a couple of modules but overall a positive experience

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • QA deliver the programme with Northumbria University, the structure of the programme seems good. The organisation has been fairly sub par due to issues with the lecturers on a couple of the modules.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Since beginning the programme I have had a change of job role then a change of line management so the support received has been changeable.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • QA and Northumbria University provide support through workshops, access to a virtual library, access to journal articles and support for neurodiverse learners.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Having only completed the L4 modules, moving on to the L5 modules will be an interesting change. I've been able to implement some L4 skills into my day to day role.

  • We have team days and office days to socialise with colleagues. We have also been involved in the occasional project specific networking event.
