Colt was rated in the top 50 employers on Glassdoor which shows its a place where people like to work. The culture here is great and i am learning and gaining new skills day by day.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Colt Technologies?

I would advise anyone applying to Colt to research their values to make sure they match their own. This way you can be sure Colt is the right place for you. Other than that I would say be yourself and don't be afraid to ask questions.
