My role involves providing administrative support to the national communications team, which includes project support, arranging meetings and travel, liaising with people around the firm, and organising and participating in meetings with the team. I also help organise internal events for our people - this wasn't part of my original job description but I decided to take initiative and put myself forward, and it's a part of my job that I really enjoy.
Yes, I think sense I have been hear my attention to detail is more effective and I'm more organised.

I think this company Is not just great because of its status but it's also a great company because of its people. My team is so supportive and have never made me feel any less because I'm doing an apprenticeship, they have always supported me to do better and treat me like one of their colleagues.
Be yourself - no one will judge you. work hard. Ask for support if you are not sure about something.
