  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role involves providing administrative support to the national communications team, which includes project support, arranging meetings and travel, liaising with people around the firm, and organising and participating in meetings with the team. I also help organise internal events for our people - this wasn't part of my original job description but I decided to take initiative and put myself forward, and it's a part of my job that I really enjoy.

  • I haven't really looked outside of work but I think some opportunities should be there.

  • I think this company Is not just great because of its status but it's also a great company because of its people. My team is so supportive and have never made me feel any less because I'm doing an apprenticeship, they have always supported me to do better and treat me like one of their colleagues.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Grant Thornton?
  • Be yourself - no one will judge you. work hard. Ask for support if you are not sure about something.
