  • Qualified ATT and studying for CTA at moment. Lots of external training for qualifications. Less so internally.

  • Good.

  • Junior employees seem rather expendable after exam results. But generally get given a large amount of responsibility.

  • National perspective well organised, more locally responsibility falls to people managers who may not have the skills or expertise to support study and development of junior staff.

  • Enough, 24/7 contactable.
