I am an i2020 Trainee working within HR. My day to day roles include, organising training for the company, processing invoices, running monthly reports, attending training that is part of the programme and general emails.
Yes I have attended a number of training sessions that I will be able to use throughout my working life. These are, Transition to the workplace, Writing skills, Managing Influence, Time Management, etc.
I have really enjoyed it. I have met a lot of people and learnt a lot from it.
Very. I have been given some responsibilities and they include me in a lot of things.
Very organised. When we started we was given a folder with all of the training that was scheduled for the rest of the year.
a lot of support. Any problems we have we have a contact number and they help us straight away.
We have 1-2-1's every month with our managers to make sure we are getting on ok.

Yes, we are able to do mentoring and volunteer work. There are also a lot of events that we can attend.

The people are really nice and really friendly. There are a lot of opportunities that are available and a lot to learn.
