We want people to join us who question how things work and who want to fulfil their long-term aspirations. In return, we’ll coach and empower you to fulfil your potential.
Audit is about much more than simply analysing numbers. It’s about ensuring that the things our clients say about their finances are fair, true and accurate. We get to know our clients, building close relationships with them in order to help them and their investors better understand their financial performance, systems, culture and the risks they face. We then provide important advice to them in these areas. With what we learn, we can help them to improve their financial statements, the systems they use and the way they work.

Business Services and Outsourcing
When a client tackles the challenges of growth or change, they might need the next level of support. That could mean bringing us in for a special project, or getting us to provide the services of a whole department for them, instead of creating their own. We’re ready to answer any call.
Taking our accounting and business expertise out on client site, you’ll develop a wide range of skills, work with all kinds of different clients, and explore new ways to improve what we can do.
We know that university isn’t for everyone and we also know that a rewarding and successful career can be achieved outside of the traditional routes.
Our Apprenticeship Programme provides you with a job alongside training. This means that you’ll be earning a salary while you study for an industry-recognised professional qualification. The best part is that we’ll provide you with paid study leave and all the support and mentoring you’ll need to succeed.
With real responsibilities from day one, you’ll gain the valuable, real world work experience that you might not get at university. You’ll be able to count an extensive network of support including mentors, partners and your individual counselling manager. The counselling manager will monitor your progress, act as an information source and make sure you’ve been set appropriate work and clear objectives. They’ll help you settle in, find the best ways to meet the challenges you face and realise your full potential. You’ll also be assigned a buddy (a more experienced colleague) to support you through your professional exams.
