With a worldwide presence, KPMG continues to build on our successes thanks to a clear vision, our people and Our Values – we’re supporting businesses to grow, our people to achieve and our communities to thrive.
Our largest practice is Audit, which helps to build the confidence and trust that business and society needs. In Tax & Law, Consulting, Deal Advisory and Technology & Engineering, we help companies to solve some of their most complex business challenges.
It’s never too soon to start thinking about your future career. Whether you’re in your final year of school or college or taking this time to seek a new career opportunity, joining KPMG as an apprentice means being part of a team of inspiring colleagues who bring fresh ideas and curiosity to work that really matters.
Like the organisations we work with, KPMG is embracing change with new ways of working and innovative technology unlocking opportunity in a digitally-driven age. When you join us, you’ll gain new skills, insights and practical experience and have access to advanced technologies, such as artificial intelligence and the latest Cloud tools.
About our programmes
At KPMG, our apprenticeship programmes offer you the opportunity to work across different industries. Our programmes are designed for those who have, or are about to, complete A-Levels (or equivalent) and span areas such as Audit, Software Engineering, KPMG Law and Data & Analytics. Each specialist programme will provide you with the tools to achieve your ambitions.
The support you need to grow
We all share a natural curiosity and a desire to work together. A career with us means being part of our vibrant community where you’ll have the freedom to be yourself and the opportunity and build lasting friendships with a diverse range of colleagues – who’ll not only help to build your skills, but your confidence too.
When you join as an apprentice, you’ll take part in an induction week – an introduction to our firm, and a way for you to meet your peers and build valuable connections, from day one. We’ll support you in your transition to the workplace too; providing you with a buddy, performance manager, access new joiner forums and range of learning opportunities which will allow you to shape your own development.
Live, earn and learn
As an apprentice at KPMG, you’ll gain valuable work experience, develop core skills and be supported in your study towards fully funded professional qualifications and accreditations – all whilst earning a salary.
Our diverse employee networks, clubs and learning community will help you to develop connections and build new friendships, not just for today, but for your career ahead. There are also plenty of opportunities for you to get involved in our community volunteering, so you’ll be encouraged to make a difference at work and outside of the office too.
Your exceptional future
At KPMG, we value our apprentices and recognise the vital part they play in the future of our firm. You’ll be encouraged to bring your unique perspective and showcase your ideas.
Many of our senior leaders started their careers as apprentices, and each one of your colleagues will be passionate about guiding you on your career journey.
Join us and be inspired to live, earn and learn – and build your own exceptional future.
