No matter where you join us, you’ll have the opportunity to work across functional sectors, giving you depth and breadth of experience. Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for people with a strong interest in business, commercial awareness, intellectual curiosity and the ability to think of new ways to solve problems. We’re interested in people who take pride in their work, have integrity, and can build strong, long-lasting relationships that bring out the best in others.
As a general rule, you’ll also be expected to have a minimum of five A*-C or 4 – 9 grades at GCSE, or a minimum of five Scottish National 5s at grades 1-3 (including Maths and English Language, and equivalent qualifications). With UCAS points you’ll be expected to have a minimum 104 UCAS Points under the new UCAS tariff points systems, or 260 UCAS points if you completed studies before 2017 (e.g. BCC at A-Level or equivalent qualifications). Please note, we only consider your ‘top’ three A-Level grades and don’t accept General Studies.
