Striving to be the best unites us and lies at the heart of everything we do – whether we’re pioneering ground-breaking technologies or training the next generation of talent for our industry. That’s why we’re looking for passionate people with a strong interest in science, engineering, technology, business or craftsmanship to join our Apprenticeship Programme.
Where your future could start.
Whether you’re driven by creativity or technology, bring your passion to BMW Group through one of our specialised apprenticeship programmes.
While studying towards various fully funded qualifications, you’ll have in-depth, on-the-job training, and access to world-leading experts in the automotive industry. You’ll start with an annual salary of over £13,500 rising to £27,000 over the course of the apprenticeship, and you’ll be offered a contributory pension plan, wide-ranging retail discounts and a car scheme for over-18s. You’ll also get your career off to a great start as all apprentices successfully completing the programme to date have been offered employment.
But don’t just take our word for it. Find out what our apprentices have to say about working with us.
“As an apprentice, I’ve been on a journey that’s taken in all the different departments within the production process, giving me insight into every aspect of building the best car in the world. Every day is an opportunity to be creative and learn, and the support of my colleagues and supervisors has been amazing.” Carla, Craft apprentice, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood
“Cars are definitely my biggest passion, so working towards my Level 3 Maintenance Engineer Apprenticeship at BMW Group is a dream come true. And I think being a very sociable person also means that BMW Group is a good fit for me, because you get to meet lots of people within the plant and across the global business – the networking is incredible. Every day is different, and that is exciting as I’m constantly gaining skills and experiences that will help me in my future career.” Tia, Maintenance Technician Apprentice, MINI Plant Swindon
“What I most enjoy about my apprenticeship programme is simply the day to day work. I always feel challenged, there’s always something new to deal with or collaborate on, which makes you a really adaptable person. The role demands a lot in terms of organisation and presentation skills, so you get great experience in those – to know that at 21 you come away with three years’ experience and a degree under your belt outweighed all the other options for me.” Harvey, Purchasing Apprentice, MINI Plant Oxford
