About BMW Group

Get started, go anywhere with a BMW Group UK apprenticeship

With our four brands BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars and BMW Motorrad, the BMW Group is the world’s leading manufacturer of premium automobiles and motorcycles, and a provider of premium financial and mobility services. As a global company, we operate 31 production and assembly facilities in 15 countries, and we have a global sales network in more than 140 countries.

Our success is based on long-term thinking and responsible action, as well as ecological and social sustainability at local, national and international level. Striving for a greener, cleaner future lies at the heart of everything we do. And as the next generation of talent, you’ll help to implement our sustainability goals, ensuring the legacy of both our industry and planet. By 2030, at least half of our global sales will be fully electric vehicles. By 2030, we’ll have cut down our production C02 emissions by 80%. And by 2030, we’ll have reduced our supply chain emissions by 20%.

If you’re passionate about engineering, technology, business, or craft, a BMW Group Apprenticeship Programme could be the first step in a sustainable, future-proof career.

Your future starts now.

Whether you’re driven by creativity or technology, bring your passion to BMW Group through one of our specialised apprenticeship programmes.

While studying towards various fully funded qualifications, you’ll have in-depth, on-the-job training, and access to world-leading experts in the automotive industry. You’ll start with an annual salary of over £14,500 rising to over £27,000 over the course of the apprenticeship, and you’ll be offered a contributory pension plan and wide-ranging retail discounts. You’ll also get your career off to a great start as all apprentices successfully completing the programme to date have been offered employment. And, if you’re over 18, you’ll also have the opportunity to purchase or lease a BMW or MINI at a reduced rate as part of your benefits package.

But don’t just take our word for it. Find out what our apprentices have to say about working with us.

“I’ve enjoyed how much freedom I’ve been afforded here so far. You’re allowed to be independent and tackle tasks your own way. My managers and colleagues are always on-hand to help when needed, but I’m allowed to work in a way that suits me.” Timothe, Indirect Purchasing Assistant, BMW Group UK, Farnborough

“100% of apprentices have entered a job role within the business at the end of their apprenticeship, which was really important to me because with some apprenticeships you're not guaranteed a job at the end. Here, I actually feel like I'm working towards my future.” Molly, Maintenance Technician apprentice, BMW Group Plant Hams Hall
