Troup Bywaters + Anders is a high-performing engineering partnership delivering high quality building services consultancy from seven offices across the UK. We provide advice and support with the design, construction, operation and management of our clients’ property and assets through a whole life approach.

We are recognised as one of the best at growing our people through training and development and one of the first businesses to be awarded the 'We Invest in People' IiP Platinum accreditation globally.
Our apprenticeship scheme provides apprentices with the opportunity to become professional engineers on a permanent basis from day one with a route into the industry through a fully supported training and development programme all the way to Chartership.
In 2021 we were the first business globally to be awarded the Investors in People 'We Invest in Apprentices' Platinum accreditation.
