  • I have learnt many new skills while being a manager. But I developed a lot when becoming a manager

  • I have now completed my programme and I massively enjoyed it.

  • To start off with it’s was pretty poor but I was I was in continuous communication with my coach it’s was fantastic.

  • Loads and loads everybody in the management department was involved and always ready to give there knowledge and feedback

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Tons of support from my apprenticeship coach which was amazing becuase it made the whole process stress free.

  • Amazing I gain all the right skills and knowledge to drop straight in my new role and get well ahead.

  • Yes

  • Because the pay is good and also the work life balance is good. And the working environment is good aswell.

  • Just be yourself and be keen.
