  • Skills developed include communication, stakeholder management, business finance, negotiation, presentation skills, managing & leading people, project management.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have enjoyed rotating around different areas of the business and experiencing a wide range of roles. This has allowed me to gain a wide range of skills, and work with a range of stakeholders.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My scheme has been structured in to four 12 month rotations. I have 20% study time each week which is designated for my university studies. Overall it has been well structured.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I have been supported over the course of my rotations with understanding and performing the role. I have also been supported with my studies and research for QA when needed.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Support from training provider includes weekly lectures, drop in sessions for assignments, an academic support team, as well as support from a skills coach.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I have been able to put learning from lectures and uni sessions in to practice, recognising key theories and feeding this in to my assignment.

  • Extra-curricular activities include: social events, future careers networking, supplier networking events

  • Yes

  • I have been able to learn and develop key skills and knowledge from rotating round the business. I have received coaching from experts in the field, and have been able to apply this to day-to-day activities.

  • - Put time in to your application - Get to know the business and their values - Attend any open days or networking sessions they have
