  • I am responsible for managing people, tasks, schedules, and resources through the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities may include preparing plans and budgets, specifying software or tools, communicating with team members, advising stakeholders, and making sure the project work is executed smoothly.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy working for TfL but the project management side i do not enjoy and a few teams i dont enjoy. But overall the people are really good and all of the opportunities are great. Including shadowing days, variety of teams and operations.

  • The company is so what organised but could do with some work done. The training provider didn't start out well but had improved since the start

  • A lot of support was provided by all my managers and team members. No issues here

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I have only started to receive support from them towards the end of the scheme. It has all been poor quality. However, our person in charge really did put effort in but i think she had too much on.

  • It is very rare that I use the things i learn in the qualification in my role

  • I have participated in 5 a side football, running clubs, after work drinks and food. There have also been a lot of networking events held for apprentices.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • It is a great starter for your career. Having TfL on my CV is enormous.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Transport for London?
  • Align all your answers to the vision and values. Research and find an interest in TfL and their history. Be yourself and not a robot.
