  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I communicate the Project Operations Team's daily demands for bulk materials to the relevant external suppliers and co-ordinate the deliveries to the required locations. I record the daily quantities of the deliveries on a Tracker for performance measurement .

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I didn't enjoy the programme and left the course before completion. It wasn't relevant to my role and I felt the course was all about self-learning with some very rushed reviews and no actual teaching.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I would say the programme was being written and developed as we went along. It was totally reliant on you learning all the necessary aspects in your own time via external resources and then just reviewing in the on-line sessions using the providers delivery platform.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I had support to attend the on-line sessions and complete the required OTJ.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • They were good at providing encouragement to go away and self-learn the course content. They didn't offer any actual tuition, which was disappointing.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It doesn't, my role isn't connected to the apprenticeship.
