  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My current role is working at the helpdesk which is different to what I had expected when starting the consultancy apprenticeship but has been useful in teaching me different more unique skills nonetheless. I take calls and handle e-mails.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes I have developed a plethora of skills such as call handling, e-mail handling, presentation skills and working on pressurised situations just as a few.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy the programme and I wouldn't trade it for anything. The experiences I am getting are unique and I truly feel blessed to be in the position I am in

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is very well structured as seen by the fact that we will receive chartership as well as the level 7 qualification at the end of it

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • The levels of support are unreal. We have 6-7 people that we can turn to who are there purely for our support and progression whether that be mentors, performance managers or line managers.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The support I have received has been exceptional. I am given time to work on my apprenticeship every week and we are also fully supported when travelling down to London to pursue our face to face apprenticeship duties

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • We learn new things that are relevant to developing our soft skills and knowledge of the sector.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes, I am a part of the wellbeing group as well as a 5 a side group so there is plenty to do and get involved with

  • Yes

  • They have been nothing short of amazing to me and my colleagues and they are known as the people's firm for a reason
