  • I find studying difficult to enjoy so a 6 is a good score

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Not great, assignments dumped in a website with too much work in the and deadlines given fairly arbitrarily. Coaches are sometimes somewhat difficult to get hold of.

  • Manager was excellent in supporting me and giving me all i needed to acheive my programme

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Regular workshops once every 6 weeks or so which was helpful and regular calls with skills coach. A little more openness to interactions and clarity with some of the course structure and also perhaps helpful documentation required.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Currently I have picked up technical skills that are somewhat helpful but I will mainly be using my qualification to become a Data Analyst so the skills will be more impactful later on.

  • Not really, and disappointingly low amount given the size of the company

  • Yes

  • A lot of great perks and people and the culture is great. A strong emphasis on staff wellbeing.

  • It's a comfortable place to work with a lot of opportunities
