  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Day to day I help with returns for customers. This includes looking at what has been shipped to dispatch in our main office and shipping items out to distis or customers. I only deal with courier invoices and there to theres.

  • I've learnt how to be more confident in answering questions and talking on the phone. I've also learned how to be more efficient in managing my time.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the modules given and working through them. However, I don't enjoy the workshops as much, I don't find them useful in the way I learn.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I think that the modules could be structured better as some of them we should know when we start not 6 months in. Such as managing priorities, this should be at the start I feel.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • An amazing amount of support, no complaints. Always gives me enough time to complete apprenticeship work. And always there to support if I need help work and/or personal.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • A good amount, the 1-1s are really useful. They help my plan for my final project. I get good constructive criticism from these.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It helps me have more of an understanding of applications that I use day to day. Such as word and outlook, you get tips and tricks which I wouldn't have known otherwise.

  • There is a lot of different social activities to get involved in. Such as football or rugby.

  • Because you get a lot of benefits, there's a lot of fun events and everyone is very supportive.

  • Appreciate what you get here and don't take it for granted. Put in the work.
