    • I have learnt a lot of financial vocabulary, understood different rates, learnt how to simplify things for the end user.

    • I have enjoyed learning the new skills however some is not relevant to my role.

    • Everything is set very clearly

    • Softcat have been extremely supportive throughout the apprenticeship and I always raise any concerns I have.

    • External mentor is great. They explain everything well and offer lots of support.

    • I feel I could have been put on a more relevant course for my role.
