My role is to ensure certain processes and procedures are carried out on a regular basis for us to remain HMRC compliant. Oversee projects and processes that take place within the department.

I have learned new tools to use when looking at processes to ensure we are using best proctice and remaining compliant whilst looking at eliminating waste.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The program is well executed and informative and i am enjoying my learning so far

Very well, we have regular sessions and check ins

I receive lots of support and they make sure i have the support, tools and time available.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a good amount of support from my provider.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps as i can use tools i have been shown to help improve processes and procedures to make them more streamlined whilst also being compliant. This will help to ensure all tasks are completed within timelines

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I do get involved with networking events and extra training that is offered.

Yes

I am fully supported within poundland to extend my knowledge and use what i learn. The teams here are knowledgeable, friendly and supportive

Find out about the role you want to apply for, and do not worry that there is no progression. As there is, whether that is through learning or promotions or both.
