Day to day running of the store ensuring company standards and protocols are met and following health and safety procedures are followed and ensuring the values of the business are upheld
I have expanded my knowledge on what leadership means and ways of managing and interacting with colleagues and understanding how I myself handle situations can impact the team in both a negative manner as well as a positive
I enjoy the program however I feel that it is a lot of work when your also working full time and taking into account travelling to and from work it’s hard to find time to complete work other than using your days off as it’s not always easy to be able to make the time during work and I think that isn’t taken into consideration
It’s really structured with deadline ect I think this is great as it gives you something to be able to aim towards and monitor your progress
I receive a great deal of support and if I ever need to send a email to different departments to gather information as soon as I say that it for the course they couldn’t be more forthcoming with information like I said in previous answers I think the hardest part is actually getting your time at work to try and do some work towards the course
I receive a great deal of support from my learning coach any time I ask for anything he always send me what I need even sending extra examples for me to see to help my learning along with doing teaching and learning lessons for me on anything I feel necessary I couldn’t ask for any more from them
I feel that this has helped me massively understand my role and how my actions or how I handle myself affect the team both positively and negatively and how by changing how I go about things can make a massive difference in the team and the overall performance they produce

I’ve been with the company now for 10 years, over this time the business has changed massively and I believe it to be a great place to work where being yourself is encouraged and your pushed and challenged every day to be the best you can and they are very colleague focused along with a great internal progression path that can take you alot further than most companies
work hard, work fast and deliver high standards then the rewards will come.
