Store Manager in a fast paced retail store. Managing stock, delivering high store standards and leading a team. Training colleagues, hitting Targets and KPI’s, stock control, delivering on labour targets and all things customer based.

Learnt a lot of new skills like time management and delegation skills. Developed existing skills through reflection. Taken accountability for personal development.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme as it allows me to meet people within different sectors of business and fully understand how transferable my skills are.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised and structured. Before each academic year, I am given a timetable of lessons and modules, so I can plan.

I receive as much or as little as I need. I only have to ask.

It gives me a better understanding of how & why decisions are made - which, in turn, helps me to explain to my team the need to complete tasks in order.

Professional networking at Roadshows and yearly conference.
