  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Mild amounts. It could be better however my working environment isn’t always an environment i want to be in due to bad comments, favouritism and minimal support. After my apprenticeship i don’t plan on staying.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I received a written warning for doing some coursework at work, which was never resolved and i believe never deserved. I also received this due to overloaded decon trays which i was never shown was wrong and still never have been shown the right way. I received no pay for my study day this week. My manager was unprofessional on how she handed the written warning to me infront of all staff members. This is 1 out of multiple incidents.
