- Managed requests and resolved user issues for 6000+ Salesforce total end users. ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction. - Assisted in migrating the Salesforce systems from Classic to Lightning, modernising the platform's capabilities. - Developer in a Salesforce Flows conversion project, converting automation within the system ahead of Salesforce retiring Workflows and Process Builder. - Built out bespoke persona pages for different departments within the company

I highly enjoyed the whole programme, from working within the company to carry out work at university. I enjoyed it so much that I have recommended it to many of my friends. The kind and helpful atmosphere at the company has whole hearted helped me progress as a professional.
Regular catch up meetings with mentors and line managers helped me get to a point where I needed and wanted to be. The whole apprenticeship network team was very helpful in times of need or even just for a friendly chat.
