  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Over the past three years, I have witnessed a significant improvement in the structure of our apprenticeship program. Initially, there were some areas that seemed a bit disorganised or lacking clear structure, but as time progressed, the program has become much more streamlined and well-defined. There is now a clear outline of the curriculum, including specific learning objectives and milestones, which has helped to guide my learning journey effectively. Additionally, the scheduling of training sessions, workshops, and job rotations has become more consistent and coordinated. Moreover, the support system for apprentices has been enhanced, with designated mentors providing regular feedback and guidance.
