  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Choosing to do an apprenticeship was the best decision i ever made. I have been at Nationwide for nearly 5 years now, and i never would have progressed the way i have without having done my apprenticeship. The programme was really engaging, and it was really great to be a part of a wider cohort of apprentices and graduates at Nationwide.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme was really well structured, with webinars weekly and the option to have a study day at home once a week. I never felt like i struggled to get the assignments finished, and the level of support i received from both Avado and Nationwide was great.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Nationwide were great throughout the duration of my Apprenticeship. When i started in 2019, we had lots of Apprenticeship events which was a great way to network and meet other people in the cohort. Unfortunately when Covid hit, these had to stop, but Nationwide always ensured there was support available for us.
