  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Since working here I have massively developed my communication skills. Before I joined I had okay communication skills, however being on the phone to new people everyday, helps you develop skills to carry forward a conversation and make sure it is not awkward or the conversation fizzles out.

  • I relatively enjoy my programme as there and pros and cons. I have a fantastic tutor who always supports me and is great to talk to, and I enjoy learning new ideas around business when I do work towards my programme. However, as I am currently in sales it is difficult to balance my apprenticeship work with my standard day to day work.
