  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I feel that I have been able to progress and apply my PM skills to stakeholders and ensuring I manage each accordingly to their key interests through a good cadence of meetings but with follow up of action tracking to keep on track along with an audit trail. I am also starting to relate to the current module where reporting methods have been discussed, a topic I feel confident in. My new tutor is very good at relating the modules to real life/scenarios and examples which I am finding very useful to then relate to my place of work. When completing my KSB, in conjunction with my year end appraisal allowed me to reflect back on my skills and see where my learning have helped me progress such as scope creep and using tool to help track and manage in relation to our next go live position and ensuring stakeholder have a clear understanding of what may need to be risk accepted.
