Yes

9b. Why?

The AA have supported me through my career from an apprentice to manager now within SD. I have completed L3 and now onto L5 as well as giving me opportunities to grow outside of my role.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The AA?

Be adaptable to change! The AA is very fast paced environment so you need to be resilient
