  • 9b. Why?
  • The AA have supported me through my career from an apprentice to manager now within SD. I have completed L3 and now onto L5 as well as giving me opportunities to grow outside of my role.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The AA?
  • Be adaptable to change! The AA is very fast paced environment so you need to be resilient
