  • As a Mechanical Engineering apprentice my role helps me to gain relevant skills whilst also learning on the job.

  • I am constantly developing and learning new skills such as my hand skills with tools, improving my Critical thinking and problem solving skills, as well as gaining more confidence with my communication and people skills

  • I enjoy my Apprenticeship very much. the work is very enjoyable and I love learning new skills on the job. the others colleagues also make the days enjoyable as they are constantly supporting me any helping me if I have any questions.

  • It is a great place to work and they offer a lot of support to apprentices both from the managers and shop floor

  • be proactive, be positive, and be prepared to work hard and study hard
