My Daily roles will change with each rotation, But it is just assisting the department you are based with everyday operations, that could be collecting & reporting data, assisting with time bookings, helping with projects etc.
Yes, I feel i am now more confident in speaking to a group of people in a professional setting, I have massively development my computer skills, specifically on excel and PowerPoint.
I do really enjoy the programme, everyone is really nice, the work is not too hard and/or stressful and you're given loads of opportunities to help volunteer. It can be a bit slow at times, some departments will give you less work than others but if you ask there's always something to do.
When I first joined the apprenticeship was undergoing a restructure, so at the start it felt a bit disorganized and not very well structured. However they have changed few things and its already getting better!
You do receive loads of support! You have a countless people you can go to for different problems and everyone is happy to listen and help if needed!
You receive support when you ask for it. If you're struggling you just need to reach out to them and they'll get back straight away.
It all correlates to our daily work.
Theres a few networking events and social activities. also Stem competitions and other stuff.
