  • My Daily roles will change with each rotation, But it is just assisting the department you are based with everyday operations, that could be collecting & reporting data, assisting with time bookings, helping with projects etc.

  • Yes, I feel i am now more confident in speaking to a group of people in a professional setting, I have massively development my computer skills, specifically on excel and PowerPoint.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I do really enjoy the programme, everyone is really nice, the work is not too hard and/or stressful and you're given loads of opportunities to help volunteer. It can be a bit slow at times, some departments will give you less work than others but if you ask there's always something to do.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • When I first joined the apprenticeship was undergoing a restructure, so at the start it felt a bit disorganized and not very well structured. However they have changed few things and its already getting better!

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • You do receive loads of support! You have a countless people you can go to for different problems and everyone is happy to listen and help if needed!

  • You receive support when you ask for it. If you're struggling you just need to reach out to them and they'll get back straight away.

  • It all correlates to our daily work.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Theres a few networking events and social activities. also Stem competitions and other stuff.

  • Yes

  • Its a really friendly environment to work in and there's so many different departments, jobs, projects etc. that there will be something to suit anyone.
