  • My role involves calculating Member's pensions and benefits, writing letters and emails to Members, picking up voicemails and logging them, as well as studying for my apprenticeship and working on assignments and exams.

  • Yes, I have been learning new digital and mathematical skills.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I fully enjoy my programme, everyone at WTW are very friendly and helpful and easy to get along with. I enjoy my assignments and exams, I feel supported. I also enjoy my day to day case work.

  • My programme is very structured and I have a really good tutor that is organised.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive so much support from my Employer and from the apprenticeship team at work, they have been great in getting me all the support I need.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive a lot of support from my tutor and the APE teacher also. The deadlines and exams dont clash together and I can have extra time if i need.

  • It helps me to be able to understand the job better and know what I am doing.

  • Yes. We have events in London, professional networking events, competitions and volunteering opportunities.
