• 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role is to manage various different accounts for Aerospace in the Global Aviation Team, currently domiciled within the UK and Europe mostly. • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Confidence in being my own person, various computer and technical skills, a lot of knowledge around the insurance industry and market movement. Development on team building and leadership skills. Organisation with having many accounts is key to stay on top of work.

  • I enjoy the programme I am on and find the work life balance to be flexible and positive. I always find time to complete tasks and be my own person as well as being a member of a team.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It appears to be very well organised, I am always aware of what is required from myself and when these need to be done. When I send work over for marking there is always a prompt turn around and happy to help with any questions.

  • 10/10

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
