    • I support our Shared Service team with completing Admin. I Look after our rewards and benefit inbox aswell as completing references.

    • I have learnt many skills since starting this apprenticeship as I came in with no HR experience. I have massively developed my Excel skills as well as time management and organisation

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • I enjoy having the opportunity to rotate between different teams in HR. I am gaining lots of experience which will help me decide what area I enjoy the most

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • Our programme internally is very well organised making sure every one is aligned and any issues are solved. Externally my workshops line up with what teams I am working with

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • I receive lots of support and if i need to spend time with a certain team to gain experience this can be arranged. Any issues have been solved

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • I receive sufficient support. When i am unable to attend a session then this can be moved and completed in a 1-1, Currently been a lack of support whilst waiting for my new tutor to join

    • This provides me with learning the foundation for my role. I learn a task in my job and then the workshops explain why I need to do this task
