  • It was broadly well structured. I would have appreciated more information regarding the structure of the 'classroom' based sessions so that I could prepare in advance

  • I received support when I advocated for it.

  • I received good support from my tutor, how ever felt that the trainer for the classroom based sessions was not as knowledgeable which made answering questions in the sessions difficult

  • It has improved how I approach my role and provided me with a new skill set that is in demand in my workplace
