  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Throughout my NVQ I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience that I wouldn't have had. Each module is relevant and broken down into bite-size pieces, so that the learner can grasp with ease. Adapted to each support service that you are currently working for. Can't fault at all. I can now further my career and make a bigger difference to vulnerable adults.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Most activities are for the services themselves depending on the service user and what he or she likes. In terms of staff bonding activities, celebrations of Halloween Christmas are always on the cards. All service uses and staff get together and have lots of food and fun during these times. Or should I say parties.
