  • I take calls from customers and place broadband orders. I speak to suppliers in relation to order delays, cancellations and order placement. I raise complaints and look to resolve these using company resources and following procedures. If I am unable to resolve this then I look to resolve the customers issues using a cost conscious mindset

  • I have learnt how to relate to a customer, recognise different customer types, customers moods and how to deal with them using different skills. I have learned how to use critical thinking and reflection to assess my performance and to highlight how successful I have been in my development and performance

  • I have enjoyed learning and developing new skills in the customer service environment

  • I have been impressed with the opportunities that this has given me to see other areas of the business
