  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoyed the programme a lot as I was learning a lot but also gaining valuable skills which I will take with me and expand on. The projects side of thing allowed me to understand what I had learnt and where I could improve. The only down side was the amount of mentors from Firebrand during my programme.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • In terms of Firebrand I would say not so much due to timings and mentors constantly changing. During my time it was very dysfunctional having four different mentors.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer was very supportive throughout my time and always helped where possible. Weekly meetings with my manager helped him understand where I was up to and what was coming next. If I need more time or help on a certain project it was always given to me.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I'd say for a good 12 months it was very disjointed and made me not have belief in that I was going to pass the course. But thanks to Stuart who was amazing when he took over it was a big relief. He helped me get on the right track and then the help for the EPA / Project was the best and I couldn't of thanked him more.
