  • Not as much, as I did not have time allocated for it.

  • Programme itself is well structured.


  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Very little.


  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I cannot speak highly enough about the massive support and help received from my mentor, she can motivate people and get the best from them , she has been great pleasure to work with, also she is very lovely person.


  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It gave me formal qualification so I have better chances to get more senior position when I apply for one.


  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Many social events throughout the year.


  • 9a. Would you recommend WTW to a friend?
  • Yes

  • Very stable company with good reputation offering good work - life balance, they care about the wellbeing of their people, great benefits and career prospects.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to WTW?
  • Just be persistent and hard working, never stop learning and asking questions and enjoy the ride.
