  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My day to day activities involves reporting to work at the appropriate time and starting up the excercise. My role as a sales lady is to convince and persuade customers to make sales. I also do field work activities such as going out on a regular basis to seek out the customers.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Starting out as a beginner I never had much confidence and I lacked the necessary skills to get more sales deals done. Now I can confidently say that I have been able to improve my customer relation skills and I have also mastered a great deal of team work which is very vital.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Growing up I had a dream to venture into sales. To get an opportunity to be in this programme is a stepping stone towards achieving my goals. I love that I am able to learn alot and be close to qualified trainers . It's a dream come true for me.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme captures the most vital aspects and areas of sales. It flows systematically and introduces new and the most modern knowledge that I think gives one an advantage over the others. Areas such as customer relation and interpersonal skills, communication and marketing are well covered and properly done.i am confident in my skills.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer is supportive in many ways for example he avails all the required resources in time to make sales. He also informs us of available opportunities to build our careers and learn the best skills. The employer also allows us to implement our own ideas, this is a very important part in growth.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The training provider is readily available to respond to my question and tutor me. They creat a good study environment that only propels me to be a better sales lady. They give me opportunity and educate me on the important tools of success. from my training provider I have learnt alot.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I have learnt through field excursions where I get to see how things work in the real world. Through this I was able to master basic sales skills. Now I am able to perform even better because of the skills I picked during training. Unlike other sales people I have learnt to be a professional.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • We have sales challenge where the best sales people get awarded. This is by far a good motivation. Other than that we have runs to support the local community. We play football and basketball. These games bring us together and helps us to gain a vital lesson on team work.

  • Yes

  • As sales career woman platinum sales is the place where you get the opportunity to invent yourself and gain the skills to push you forward in your career. Platinum sales provides you with the required resources and makes sales an easy job. With qualified staff around you it's very much likely that you will learn.

  • It's a good opportunity that one should not miss. Platinum sales is an entity that values it's people and does everything to ensure satisfaction of everyone,the employees and the customers. I am strongly confident that platinum sales and distribution is the future of sales. Take a step forward and try platinum sales.
