Getting to my locker room and changing to safety gear for my work. Inspection of the PID flows for the working machines. Monitoring the companies production infrastructure through the computerised system that makes it easier. Condjuct error deployments in the comtrol system for smooth running of production
I have gained skills in system managemnt such as linux. This has helped develop my personal skills in system configuration and system hardening. I have develop strong co.munication skills in the field of engineering. This has helped gain more skill and share them through forums such as workshops. I am open to learning
I enjoy my proggrame very much. This is because of the hardworking and supportive team that we work with. There is an open platform making relations between juniors and managers much better for the workers. I am also happy with my pay as it comes in handy with my needs.
It is well structured, I wilgive it an 8/10 rating. We have the highest level that is the management. Then the junior managers who are subdivided into departments. This has ensured good workflow in the company. Heads of the varous departments come in then we have the juniors. I'd say it's a well organised structure
They give me a lot of support but this is a fter getting to follow up on issues we had earlier on talked about. The process of getting support from the mangement is time consuming as you have to sit with the board and how you will channel the finances to the betterment of the companies operations.
I do receive support from my traini g provider. This is by guiding me on the steps am supposed to follow as I advance my levels in the field. I also feel like they do not give their best as they will come for assessments in times that are convenient for them.
I feel good about the skills gained through my training providers. Mainly because I have improved my confidence skills. I am now equipped with self assurance skills through my training program. I have also gained competence in my skills in that I believe in my skills and they are towards doing good.
I am currently enrolled for gyme membership. My typical day starts at 5:00am for my morning run and gym session. I have enrolled in the organisations football team. I also practice swimming which I am trying to build a skill as I am more interested in it.I am also a member of a hiking expeditions even though I haven't been to one.
Yes
At Chester Hall we have exciting working environment that observes and guides its workers on all of the operational hazards. Chester Hall has impactful work. The companies initiatives have brought a lot of benefit to the general public. Everyone would be proud to be part of such campaigns and organisations.
I would ask them to craft a compelling cover letter for theirbown benefit as a good letter attracts the employer. They should also highlight and work on social skills such as communication, time management. They should also work on the basic technical engineering concepts. It ensures they pass the technical interviews presented
