  • Thoroughly enjoy it. A lot of autonomy on which areas you’d like to develop yourself A lot internal and external opportunities for apprentices to get involved in. Opportunities aiding with your own personal development too

  • Programme is 2.5 years With 4 Rotational placements

  • When on your scheme you have support from your sponsor who is typically first point of contact for you- any queries / problems/ issues go to your sponsor Apprentices also have a buddy ( individuals on the same scheme but from the cohort above. Apprentices also benefit from having a placement manager whilst on their placements

  • Kingston college, provide great support College days where content is taught in person Study days every other week to complete tasks and assignments

  • Be confident Do your background research on TfL visions and values Know wider information about the scheme you’re applying for and why you want to apply for that specific team Avoid the buzzwords that you think want to be heard- authenticity is better
