    • I am an operations support team leader, i lead a team of 4 people who overlook all new store and store refurbishments for the company.

    • Yes, i have learned how to lead a team and a lot about self awareness. This has helped me develop myself into the leader i am today

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • I find it extremely interesting and challanging, i loved taking part in somrhting bigger than myself and pushing myself.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • Very well - We had weekly catch ups to go over workloads, monthly classes, and my tutor was there whenever i needed her throughout the day or night

    • As much as i needed, they gave me the support when and where a asked for it

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • A lot, i was always encouraged to ask questions and communicate with my tutod about things i didnt know or understand

    • I wasnt in my role before i did my apprenticeship, its re reason im in the job im in

    • Yes, we have charity days which involve football, or boat racing which we are all encouraged to get involved in

    • Very friendly nice place to work, always supportive and happy environment

    • Dont under estimate how much there is to learn, be confident, and talk to people because everyone is so friendly
