I am an operations support team leader, i lead a team of 4 people who overlook all new store and store refurbishments for the company.
Yes, i have learned how to lead a team and a lot about self awareness. This has helped me develop myself into the leader i am today
I find it extremely interesting and challanging, i loved taking part in somrhting bigger than myself and pushing myself.
Very well - We had weekly catch ups to go over workloads, monthly classes, and my tutor was there whenever i needed her throughout the day or night
As much as i needed, they gave me the support when and where a asked for it
A lot, i was always encouraged to ask questions and communicate with my tutod about things i didnt know or understand

Yes, we have charity days which involve football, or boat racing which we are all encouraged to get involved in

Very friendly nice place to work, always supportive and happy environment
Dont under estimate how much there is to learn, be confident, and talk to people because everyone is so friendly
