Supporting and leading projects within distribution and helping with queries regarding processes
Yes, I have learnt how to support projects and conduct project meetings in the best way to get the most from the team
I really like my programme, it offers great support and knowledge
At first I felt there was not a structure to the sequence that you were to do the course. Once I had my permanent trainer in place he helped with putting a better structure in place.
I have lots of support from my mentor and others within the distribution department
supporting me and making sure I am clear with the knowledge sections.
It has provided me with confidence during projects as i have a better knowledge of how to use the tools available to me
